Cupcakes!
Joseph loves cooking, so I often get asked to make cupcakes. As expected, Joseph is a messy cook and his enthusiasm for the project is always gone before it's time to clean up. Most of the time, he's eaten so much batter, icing and sprinkles that he doesn't have room to try the finished product.

Thanks Lis- shame the cupcakes wouldn't have passed inspection by the health department! Aunty Bronnie bravely ate one though!
